VICKI LEVY ESKIN
Ms. Eskin began her legal career at the 9th Circuit State Attorneys office in Orange County and then served as an assistant Public Defender in the Orange County Public Defenders office for six years, at which time she entered into private practice as a sole practitioner under the name Vicki K. Levy, and then formed Levy & Associates, P.A. of Central Florida, where she is the principal owner. Ms. Eskin is a member of the Florida Bar, licensed to practice in several federal jurisdictions, and the Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund. She is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil Mediator, County Court Mediator, and as an Appellate Mediator for the Fifth District Court of Appeal for Florida.
Vicki Levy Eskin is an active member and leader in the General Practice Solo Division of the American Bar Association, having served three consecutive years as the Chair for the National Solo and Small Firm Conference Chair. She is also active in the local community, having won the 2008 Seminole County Community Activist award from the Guardian ad Litem program and the 2011 Seminole County Bar Association Pro Bono award, and she serves on several advisory boards addressing the needs of children, the elderly, and those with mental health issues. She is married to Paul Eskin and together they have three children and five grandchildren.
Her hobbies are RV travel, writing, cooking, and playing with her grandchildren and dog.
Attorney Brett Bevis joined Levy & Associates, P.A., in 2011, as an assistant prior to entering law school, and continued working at Levy & Associates, P.A., through law school. Upon obtaining his juris doctorate, with distinction, from the University of Nebraska College of Law in Lincoln, Nebraska, and passing the Florida Bar Exam in 2014, he became an Associate Attorney.
Mr. Bevis was born in Orlando, Florida, and attended public schools in Seminole County, graduating from Oviedo High School. Mr. Bevis attended the University of Iowa, in Iowa City, Iowa, and obtained Bachelor of Science degrees in both political science and economics.
Mr. Bevis focus his practice on estate administration, assisting families though the probate process. In addition Mr. Bevis assists our clients in guardianship matters, protecting vulnerable adults who can no longer manage their assets themselves or minors who have received property. Finally Mr. Bevis focuses on estate planning.
While not at the office Mr. Bevis enjoys reading, playing golf, and watching his beloved Hawkeyes!
